We think that a mold is “an efficient tool for one to go into mass production” 、and our role is not to simply manufacture molds、but also make trials, measurements, material processing.

From prototype molds we consider every possible problem before launching the mass production in order to manufacture the best possible product for our customers.
Die manufacture
While aiming into mass production with the most advanced equipment and software combined with the human power, we will provide the best dies to our customers.
Molding (prototypes, lean, mass production)
From trial dies to mass production we make sure that with the co-operation of corporate networks coating and second manufacturing are thoroughly followed. We also procure metal sheet such as SUS.
Measurement
In an era where manufactured machines functions precision exceeds the sub-micron with superstructure techniques, we make sure that the measurements are also made with the highest precision.
