Prototypes are a stage before going to mass production. We believe that this it the final step to discover underlying potential problems. Now that we have short development period, manufacture products, prototypes and dies also are required to be made as fast as possible. The problem is that there is virtually no feedback of potential defections from prototype to mass production when the customer pays for the die prototype that would make it to mass production.
We are a mass production company and as such we have to make sure that the prototype is well made. We take in charge the design or have it made from a trusted partner company. We distinctly define all problems or potential problems so that the mass production goes smoothly for our customers.
We are a mass production professionals company. Therefore we have a broader view of the impact on the mass production system. We don't stop at making prototypes, by sharing our opinions with our customers on the development, prototype and dies prototypes we work towards the manufacturing of efficient products. We also shorten delivery time with the use of 3D data.
Our company and partners are ready to answer to any request from our customers. For instance we can work with prototype device to mould resin, metal, micro resin, up to the a size of 5μ and with micro prototype device to mould prototypes in aluminum, steel, vacuum casting etc in order to meet almost any demand from our customers.
By treating directly on every stage of product manufacturing we eliminate all the fuzz with dealing with many different companies at once.
We make die trials based on aluminum and steel. Of course not as good as specialized companies in dies prototypes but we have a clear vision of the link with mass production. We can therefore give a fixed date for deadlines and also have a broader and deeper understanding in problems detection. In case of the need for a fast confection of the dies we receive help from our partners specialized in the field.
Optical metal molding powder
We also use metal powder molding machines. Metal particles are 20μｍ. As material properties we have copper, alloy and steel. We have recently focused on 3D water pipe arrangement molding to make parts.
Optical plastic molding
We can work with micro prototype device to micro resin mould as thin as 5μｍ.
We also manufacture products with resin cutting techniques and vacuum casting.
While aiming into mass production with the most advanced equipment and software combined with the human power, we will provide the best dies to our customers.
